Nick-tastic Broadway Spotlight Series, Vol. 1

Three things:

1. This makes me want to have a child. Not just any child, this child.

2. I need to find out if this kid takes requests, especially if he can riff as well as he can shake his bon bon. Because if he has any amount of sass in him, he'd do a killer version of "Steal Your Rock 'n' Roll" from our show.

3. It is videos like this that make me excited to be part of the Broadway community and, hence, why I am sharing this Hair video on the Memphis blog. I can't wait for the show to open, for the Original Cast Album to drop (more details on that coming soon), and for Memphis to inspire babies all over the world to, in the immortal words of Lady Gaga, "just dance."

Memphis Show Power Alert: The cast of Memphis will be performing, in costume no less, in Times Square this Sunday, September 13th as part of the Broadway on Broadway concert sponsored by the League. The festivities start at 11:30am. Broadway stars of Broadway shows doing some Broadway belting; it will be my first time at the event and I hope to see you all there!
